At MAYAZE, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Process

If the product being exchanged is of a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the product being exchanged is of a lower value, a credit or refund will be issued for the difference.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, not including shipping costs.
